He regularly engages with federal and state policymakers on modernization, workforce development, national security, and artificial intelligence policy. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at LeoLabs, ServiceNow, and Gartner, driving enterprise modernization programs for major public- and private-sector institutions.
