Dan Martinez joined EXIGER from the HQ Army Staff where he was Chief of the Portfolio Strategy Division for the Deputy Chief of Staff G-4 (Logistics). As a civil
servant, starting with the U.S. Department of State as a Senior Economic Advisor, he was forward deployed as part of an interagency Provincial Reconstruction Team in
Anbar Province, Iraq. In 2011 he transitioned to DoD/Army to support the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), then U.S. Army Materiel Command (USAMC) in the Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC) where he was responsible for enterprise integration efforts. He is a senior acquisition
professional whose career leverages strengths in Defense Business Systems and Information Technology investments, international product/project/program
management, contracting, budget and finance. He is an Acquisition Corps member, Level III (Advanced) certified in Program Management, Scaled Agile Framework
(SAFe) Lean Portfolio Management, and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Dan holds master’s degrees in National Resource Strategy and International
Management. He lives in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife and three children.
