Intelligent CFO & AI Informed Auditability
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Tue
Ricky Oliver is a Senior Financial Manager and Program Manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he leads AI-driven initiatives within the Finance Strategy and Transformation organization of the Financial Services Department. He championed proof-of-concept deployments of Boston Consulting Group’s Spend AI platform and Celonis Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), both of which served as vital diagnostic tools—providing an unprecedented x-ray into the Laboratory’s data landscape and revealing that while existing processes and data were functional, they were not operating at optimal efficiency. He also oversees the Protiviti implementation of Pathlock Access Violation Management and Continuous Controls Monitoring for real-time GRC compliance. Ricky’s work integrates AI-powered analytics with federal compliance frameworks including FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements. He brings 43 years of government service—20 years as a U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant and 23 years as a federal civilian—spanning CFO, CIO, and strategic transformation roles. He is currently pursuing his MBA at University of the People.
