Jessica is the Vice President of Government Affairs for the New York City Housing Development Corporation and she also leads NYC HPD's federal affairs work. In this role, she works in close partnership with elected officials, government agencies, and local and national organizations to improve and increase the available affordable housing resources in NYC. Jessica has more than a decade of affordable housing and homeless policy, program and operations management experience and has worked for various federal and local government agencies, non-profits, and direct provider organizations throughout her career.
