Joshua Weisstuch is the Development Director for Camber Property Group, he joined Camber in 2021 and focuses on large-scale preservation projects including NYCHA and Mitchell-Lama rehabs. Josh has led the closings of thousands of units with an estimated total development cost of to $2B which includes the largest Historic Tax Credit transaction for a residential property in the country.
Josh has a 15-year proven track record executing large-scale acquisition/rehab projects with local and Federal assistance. While at two other development firms he managed the company’s preservation development portfolio, worked with several City and State agencies on financing large-scale development projects and converted over 2,000 units through HUD’s RAD program.
Josh has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Tufts University and an MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from Milano The School for Management and Urban Policy. Josh has never been to Indianapolis before.
