Andrew Giglio is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, affordable housing development, and project execution. His competence and reliability are built on extensive experience
As the current Vice President and Deputy Director of NYC Originations at The Community Preservation Corporation, Andrew plays a lead role in overseeing the company’s lending operations and originating construction and permanent loans for multifamily projects throughout the five boroughs. Andrew uses his depth of experience to ensure the seamless execution of the company’s suite of multifamily loan products and uses his depth of experience and knowledge to coordinate effectively with property owners, subsidy providers, and capital providers who work alongside CPC.
Previously, Andrew held significant leadership positions with Lemor Development Group, where he was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management, and with Exact Capital Group, where he was the Vice President of Real Estate Development and Asset Management. His leadership experience has informed his strategic deep understanding of multifamily real estate and the strategic decisions that real estate owners make at the project and portfolio level.
Earlier in his career at CPC, Andrew held multiple roles, including his position as a Mortgage Officer and Energy Benchmarking Specialist. He originated and monitored loans aligned with CPC’s Green Financing Initiative (GFI), focusing on creating energy-efficient multifamily buildings in low—and middle-income communities. Additionally, he helped benchmark over 150 buildings through the EPA’s Portfolio Manager and supervised closing operations involving complex documentation and compliance requirements.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and General Business from Iona College.
