Tim has spent 15 years building things—teams, partnerships, factories, and better ways of building homes. At ADL Ventures, he helps regional coalitions move faster, building more high-performance affordable housing through industrialized construction. Before that, he spent five years at Factory_OS, working to manage partnerships and help bring lean manufacturing into their processes. He also ran the Impact Hub in San Francisco, where startups and social entrepreneurs built businesses as part of a global start up community.
