Ed Lemke is President and Board Chair of the Alberta Onsite Wastewater Management Association (AOWMA), providing leadership to advance professional standards, workforce development, and sustainable onsite wastewater practices across Alberta. Ed is also the President of Complete Sewer and Water Solutions (CSWS), a role he has held since 1992. With more than three decades of experience, he has developed extensive expertise in the design, installation, repair, and operation of private and municipal water and wastewater systems, including advanced treatment plants. He holds a Certificate of Competency from the Alberta Municipal Affairs (AMA), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and regulatory compliance in the sector. A long-standing industry leader, Ed is dedicated to supporting practitioner success, environmental stewardship, and the continued modernization of Alberta’s wastewater industry.
