Jill currently works for McCormick & Co. as the Director of Global Quality Systems and Food Safety. In this role, Jill leads standardization and continuous improvement of quality and food safety practices for McCormick functions and production facilities across the globe. Jill serves as the primary educator for McCormick regarding FSMA regulations and has been a key resource for FSMA preparation for all McCormick facilities.
Jill has 17 years of experience in the food industry, ranging from operations and continuous improvement to quality. She has worked in many different food processing environments including USDA regulated meat processing facilities, bakery, confections, juice, nuts, sauces, and spices. Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Virginia Tech, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and recently completed a Masters Degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University. Prior to joining McCormick, Jill spent 10 years working for Kraft Foods (now KraftHeinz) working in quality and operations roles.
