Jaime Ragos is the current Dave Theno Fellow at Stop Foodborne Illness. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with degrees in Food Science, Language World Business, and Latin America Caribbean Studies. Jaime has completed the Food Safety Certificate Program at Michigan State University and does research on the Long-Term Consequences of E. coli and early detection of foodborne illness. At the conclusion of the fellowship, Jaime will fulfill her Fulbright in Taiwan and plans to pursue further education with an MD/PhD in Epidemiology.
