Aileen Sheehan is a Senior Vice President of Eastern Bank, a leading, local Boston-based bank serving customers for over 200 years. Aileen joined the financial industry in 1997 and has in-depth experience in both commercial and retail banking. Her primary focus is cash management and delivering consultative relationship management approaches to businesses of all sizes and structures. She is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Additionally, Aileen is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Accredited Payment Risk Professional (APRP). She is a member of the Consumer Bankers Association’s (CBA) Fraud Management Committee and the New England Automated Clearing House Association’s (NEACH) Payments and Operations Strategy Committee. Aileen is a regular speaker at both regional and national conferences, focusing on the digital client experience and risk management/fraud prevention topics.
