Ulf Bjorkengren is a Sr Sw Architect at Ford Motor Company. As the Lead editor of the COVESA VISS vehicle interface specification he has led the development of the versions 2.0 and 3.0. He leads the COVESA VISSR, CVIS and HIM projects and is involved in other projects like VSS, EUDA, etc. Ulf has more than 25 years of experience in Sw systems development from companies like Ericsson, Intel, Volvo Cars, and Geotab. He holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Lund, Sweden, from where he also holds a MSc degree.
