After successfully completing my studies in applied physics, I began my career as a graduate engineer (FH) at Bosch in 1990, working in the field of semiconductor failure analysis. In 1995, I moved to control unit development for combustion engines as a software developer, architect, and later also as a team and group leader. As a part of a tool development project, I was able to further expand my experience in the field of software development for PC-based client/server applications using agile development processes as project manager before taking over the AUTOSAR project management for Bosch in the AUTOSAR committee in 2012. I still hold this position today.
