Erin Doyle is a Customer Experience & Innovation
Strategist and Change Management Lead. She has been
with Publicis Sapient for 10+ years and focuses on
creating customer and employee centric experiences,
digital products, and go-to-market strategies. She uses
human insights and AI to strategically plan, assess and
build experiences for digital innovation and has worked
with multiple OEMs helping them build new digital and
connected services.
She brings a unique perspective as she’s acted on both
the client and consultancy side in B2C and B2B
environments. She understands what is needed
operationally from a business perspective for people to
adopt new experiences and changes and be brought
along in the journey.
