Andreas Achtzehn is a Principal Software Engineer and Lead Architect at Robert Bosch in Germany, specializing in SW technology strategy and ecosystem enablement, with a particular focus on future vehicle architectures. In this role, Andreas also serves as the Open Source Officer and Third Party License Officer for Bosch's Cross-Domain Computing Solutions division, ensuring compliance and promoting collaborative innovation. With a proven track record in infotainment systems, high-performance computing, operating systems, and middleware, Andreas brings a broad technical background to COVESA. Andreas holds a PhD in Communications Engineering (Dr.-Ing.), as well as Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) and Business Administration and Engineering (Dipl.-Wirt.Ing.), all from RWTH Aachen University.
