Proven thought leader with strong relationship management and communication skills, this is evidenced through Member of the FAIR Institute Standards Committee, Chair of the UK FAIR Chapter and presenting at FAIR CON 2023 in Washington DC. Master’s in risk management and experience building risk frameworks in the UK banking and payment sectors for Barclays, Faster Payments (now Pay.UK), Nationwide Building Society and Vocalink Limited. Specialisms in people leadership, cyber risk, risk governance, risk appetite, quantitative risk analysis such as FAIR, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Dependability Cases.
