Natalie serves as Head of Strategic Workforce Partnerships dedicated to advancing Ally’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging mission and driving the alignment of Ally’s long-term human capital strategy to ensure a robust and diverse workforce for the future. Previously, she led Ally’s national charitable giving and community affairs portfolio, positioning the company as a recognized leader in social impact. She is a proud alumnus of NC A&T State University and is married with two daughters.
