Rebecca Mattis-Pinard is the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Excellence, leading global culture strategies. Previously, she was Senior Director of L&D at IDEO, using design thinking to upskill talent. She spent 15 years in Higher Ed, first directing NYS educational equity programs and culminated as Chief EDI Officer at Marymount Manhattan College. Rebecca holds a BA from Binghamton, a Master's in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University, and is a Co-Active trained coach.
