Robin Baker brings 33 years of military service and 8 years at Amazon to her role as Strategic Workforce Development Program Manager for Military Talent Pathways. She pioneered Amazon's first apprenticeship program in 2017 for cloud computing careers and built the Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship program for Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME). She now develops programs bridging service members' transition to RME careers at Amazon.
