Dr. Kyle Albert is Co-Director of the Program on Skills, Credentials, and Workforce Policy at George Washington University and an expert on non-degree credentials, industry certification, and workforce development. He leads the LAiSER (Leveraging AI for Skills Extraction and Research) project, an open-source initiative that breaks down workforce data silos and improves insights into skills and pathways to mobility for employers, educators, and workers.
