In her role as Director of Strategic Initiatives for Greater Cleveland Works—the nonprofit workforce development board serving Cleveland and Cuyahoga County in Northeast Ohio—Serena leads the organization’s design and execution of strategic workforce initiatives, collaboration with local and national partners, fundraising efforts, and communications. This work is grounded in innovation and collaborative interventions to support the success of individuals and employers.
