Naomi Oglesby is Senior Director, Associate General Counsel at Coca-Cola Consolidated, where she serves as the chief employment and labor attorney for the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. She advises executive leadership on the labor and employment implications of business strategy, providing practical, risk-aligned counsel across compliance, regulatory matters, workforce management, and complex employment issues. Recognized for both legal excellence and leadership, she has received numerous leadership distinctions, including the Career Mastered National Women’s History Leadership in Action Award and the Super Lawyers Rising Star distinction for multiple years. Her professional achievements have also been recognized by Lawyers of Color and Who’s Who of Black Charlotte. She is an alumna of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance’s Emerging Business Leaders program and the African-American Leadership Academy of Charlotte. Naomi serves as Lead Teen Advisor for Jack and Jill of America, Inc. (South Charlotte Chapter) and is a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Fort Mill Chapter). She has been married to her husband, Derek, for 26 years and is the proud mother of two adult sons.
