Culinary Graduate in 1997, spent 25 years in restaurant industry operating restaurants in Pittsburgh PA, Nantucket Mass, Salem and Lisbon OH. Worked as head chef and general manager of Pondi's restaurant in Lisbon Oh from 2001 till 2016. Moving to Sysco foods in 2016 as a Marketing Associate, then specializing in business development and restaurant consulting. In 2020 return to Pondi's as an operating partner. Expanded the business with construction of retail meat market and kitchen.
