Tim spent nearly 27 years at McKinsey & Company. Recently, Tim was Vice Chair, Consumer and Business Banking at U.S. Bank. A purpose-driven leader, Tim has shaped talent strategy, led global learning initiatives, and been deeply involved in civic engagement. Tim serves on several nonprofit and corporate boards.
