Dr. Lisa Wolf joined the Division of Pharmacovigilance-I at the Food and Drug Administration in 2016, where she currently serves as Deputy Director. She obtained her PharmD from the University of Michigan, completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and previously worked as the Surgical ICU Clinical Specialist at Cleveland Clinic.
