10:15 AM - 12:15 PM Fri
I graduated City College of New York, 1969 with an honors BS in psychology. In 1975, I graduated the University of Florence Medical School located in Florence, Italy. At the University of Massachusetts Medical School 1976-1979, I completed an internal medicine residency and board certification. At UCLA, from 1979-1980, I completed 1 year of an endocrinology
fellowship.
From 1980-2002, I was a private practice internist and endocrinologist in Monterey and Pacific Grove, CA. During that time, I founded and ran the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula Diabetes Program from 1996-2001. I was a clinical investigator for multiple pharmaceutical companies. I regularly reviewed pending internal medical malpractice cases for NorCal.
Since 1998, to the present, I have been an internal medicine QME, having retired from clinical practice in 2002. To the present, I have lectured extensively about CA workers’ compensation internal medicine topics.
