Randall A. Scarlett is an attorney with Scarlett Law Group, where he has worked alongside his father since 2011 and has served as counsel since 2019. He is admitted to practice in California and has participated in complex traumatic brain injury cases across the country, including in Arizona and Utah. Mr. Scarlett focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and particularly traumatic brain injury litigation. In recent years, he has secured results of $5 million, $4.5 million, and $1.5 million for his clients, and has participated in the trial and resolution of numerous eight-figure cases. Mr. Scarlett is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Western Trial Lawyers Association, and the Brain Injury Association of California. He has been repeatedly recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 Under 40,” by Best Lawyers in America as “One to Watch,” and by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star.” A graduate of Boston College Law School, Mr. Scarlett earned his LL.M. in International Business Law from the Sorbonne. While in law school, he won the Boston College Mock Trial Competition—culminating in a final trial before U.S. District Judge Paul J. Barbadoro—and was published in the Boston College Law Review. Mr. Scarlett lectures frequently nationwide on brain injury litigation, having spoken at programs hosted by the American Association for Justice, Western Trial Lawyers Association, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and others. He also dedicates his time to the California Brain Injury Association, supporting its mission to assist survivors and their families.
