MARCUS CRAWFORD GUY, a native of small-town Scotland, moved to New York City in 2010 to pursue his BFA in Acting from the Drama Division at Juilliard. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA, Marcus appeared in AMC's TURN: Washington's Spies, ABC's 2018 remake of Get Christie Love and is the co-creator of The Complex a half-hour comedy pilot to be produced later this year. Theatrically, he has worked with Pan Asian Rep & Yangtze Rep in New York as well as appearing internationally at the Edinburgh International Festival in MINETTI. Marcus splits his time between acting and teaching with Musical Theatre College Auditions (MTCA), a central Florida initiative "The Road to College" and Artists Striving to End Poverty (ASTEP) where he serves as a volunteer teaching artist and program facilitator. As an ASTEP Artist, Marcus has traveled to Shanti Bhavan Children's project in Southern India, and worked with populations facing homelessness, interacting with the justice system and newly arrived refugees and assylees through a partnership with the International Rescue Committee. This marks Marcus' second KCACTF appearance following and incredible week with Region 8 in the Southwest last winter. IG / TW: @mcrawfordguy / @asteponline
