Erin has been practicing mindfulness, meditation and breathwork for over a decade. She started her career with work/life balancing in Corporate America as a Human Resources Professional. She taught employees and management how to use breath to manage themselves in challenging situations, how to improve relationships and increase their on the job performance. Over the years she expanded her work to include a variety of breathwork modalities with the sole focus of helping people learn functional breathing and to release stuck emotional energy from the body. Her breathwork sessions emphasize self-healing and the power of connecting to your core energy source. She received a Master’s Degree in Health and Wellness from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is an Internationally Certified Breathwork Practitioner and Breath Therapist.
