10:45 AM - 11:20 AM Thu
Ken Trautman is co-founder of People’s Bank of Commerce in Medford and has served as its president and CEO from 2008 until 2020. Ken recently transitioned to CEO and has named Julia Beattie as his successor. He has served as chairman of the board of directors for the Britt Festivals, Greater Medford Rotary and the D-9 Foundation. He is also a former chairman of the Community Banks of Oregon and Oregon Bankers Association and was inducted into the organization’s Hall of Fame in 2017. Ken is actively involved with 4-H, FFA and other youth organizations.
In response to last year’s devastating wildfires, Ken’s bank committed more than $1.2 million toward relief efforts in Southern Oregon. The bank is working with local partners to provide some of the long-term housing that will be essential to the region’s rebuild.
Over the spring and summer, People’s Bank worked tirelessly to provide Paycheck Protection Program loans to more than 1,000 Oregon businesses, saving an estimated 10,000 jobs.
