Samantha currently serves as Hospital Administrator at Los Angeles Animal Specialty Emergency and Rehabilitation (LAASER), where she helped guide the hospital from its opening to a thriving multi-specialty practice. At LAASER, she helped develop and now oversees the Small Animal Rotating Internship Program, focusing on mentorship, professional growth, and preparing the next generation of veterinary leaders. Earlier in her career, Samantha managed a busy general practice hospital and held multi-site leadership responsibilities with Pooch Hotel, where she recruited, trained, and mentored managers across Southern California. She is also a member of the Veterinary Specialty Practice Alliance (VSPA) and enjoys participating on their various committees. Outside of her professional life, Samantha loves spending time with her husband, young son, two dogs, and their flock of four backyard chickens, affectionately known as the "Kardashihens."
