In 2023 she founded One Above HR to help build joy at work and thriving companies. Utilizing her 28 years of HR and recruiting experience, she's developed solutions to assist with HR compliance, hiring, onboarding, culture development, organizational structure, and succession planning. She lives in rural Iowa and enjoys providing training to help leaders rethink leadership and improve the human connection where we live, work, and play. She's married, has 5 kids, and they also own and operate a pumpkin farm.
