Trehia brings nearly three decades of powerful experience across marketing, HR, and leadership development. For the past 15 years, she has been a driving force behind major leadership development initiatives at Providence. Before Providence, she served as a regional corporate executive overseeing rapid business growth and people strategy. She is deeply passionate about building caregiver confidence, developing brand ambassadors, and advancing community health. A bit of trivia - she started her career as a recruiter for UW football. Go Dawgs! Beyond her professional work, she is a dedicated community leader, serving on multiple boards and volunteering as an art docent for her neighborhood elementary school.
