Brian Sarama is a Development Director at Beacon Communities. At Beacon, Brian is responsible for the management of multilayered real estate development projects from inception and financing through design and construction completion, with career experience managing the development of new construction, rehabilitation, and complex adaptive reuse projects in New York State. A native of Buffalo, New York, Brian received his Juris Doctor with honors from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2015, with a concentration in Housing Finance and Development and participation in the law school’s Affordable Housing Clinic. He is a member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing’s (NYSAFAH) 2nd Generation Advisory Board, and remains actively involved in the Western New York community, serving on committees for the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy and Buffalo History Museum.
