James Dick specializes in advising nonprofit, “Life transformation organizations,” that serve the homeless, mentally ill, addicted, and those suffering from systemic poverty on a national basis. He helps administer the Citygate Network’s exclusively endorsed insurance program with Gallagher, which has helped over 100 member nonprofits right-size their insurance and take a proactive approach to risk management. James has taught risk management topics and trends at regional and national events. James is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), and holds insurance licenses in 15-plus states. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and classics with a concentration in poverty and human capability from Washington and Lee University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
