Peter Wysocki joined Conifer in 2022 and currently serves as Vice President, Asset Management. In this role, Peter drives portfolio and asset profitability, NOI, and valuation growth. He develops multi-year strategic business plans for Conifer’s portfolio and ensures annual budgets are aligned with strategic portfolio objectives. Additionally, he oversees the Risk Management department as well as the capital expenditure team. Peter brings 10 years of industry experience to his role. Prior to joining Conifer, Peter served as the Manager of Finance and Asset Management for Balfour Beatty Investments. While there, Peter oversaw portfolio operations across multiple asset types, including multifamily, student and military housing. Peter holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from the College of Charleston and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philadelphia. In his spare time, Peter enjoys volunteering with the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Fish + Wildlife Associations through mentoring youth outdoor activities.
