Prior to setting up her own company, Jenny spent 6.5 years as Head of Content for LiSTNR Original Podcasts, where she was responsible for taking LiSTNR from a start-up podcast company, within the SCA media company, to a fully scaled premium podcast network with a large and commercialised audience. While at LiSTNR, Jen was responsible for hiring and training the podcast production staff, commissioning and developing unique podcast content, and leading audience growth strategies. She created, developed and executive produced over 60 original Australian podcast formats across genres including Business, Comedy, Parenting, Health & Wellness, Sport, Science, News and Medicine. Jen also trained more than 12 podcast producers during her time in that role. Jen also built LiSTNR’s celebrated Factual and Drama Podcast Unit from the ground up, leading teams to create multiple globally award-winning journalistic podcast docuseries like Disclosed: The Children in The Pictures, Secrets We Keep: Pray Harder, and Crime in Focus: Killer Charm. She also has won multiple awards for her work creating and producing audio fiction drama series with her team like Gripped: You Don’t Know Me, Gripped: Second Son and The Younger Man based on the Zoe Foster Blake book. Before joining LiSTNR, Jen worked for BBC radio where she produced award-winning live radio, audio documentaries, and history series which have been broadcast across BBC, ABC Australia and RTÉ Ireland
