Esra crossed over into the world of journalism from the UN and has trained and consulted for Facebook (META), the US State Department, the French Foreign Ministry, ICFJ, TRF and more. She is adept at navigating change, problem solving, empowering teams, frequently exceeding audience growth and content performance expectations, affecting positive outcomes and culture. She is also a former national team athlete, representing Australia in Ice Hockey.
