Ina Park is a Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California San Franicsico School of Medicine. She currently serves as the Co-Principal Investigator at the California Prevention Training Center and Medical Consultant for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)-Division of STD Prevention. Ina was a coauthor of the 2021 CDC STI Treatment Guidelines and is the author of the book Strange Bedfellows: Adventures in the Science, History and Surprising Secrets of STDs. Her writing has also appeared in The New York Times and Scientific American.
