Sarah Nathan, PhD, MS, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner in the UCSF Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine Clinic. She is also faculty in the UCSF School of Nursing. She has been practicing clinically since 2008, focusing on primary and sexual and reproductive health care for adolescents and young adults. In addition to being a clinician, she has PhD in Nursing, specializing in health policy. Her research interests are pregnancy preferences, contraceptive decision making, and clinical and policy interventions to promote sexual and reproductive autonomy for youth.
