Matt Luzadder counsels clients on regulatory compliance issues and in government and internal investigations. He represents clients before state financial regulators, state attorneys general and the DOJ, CFPB, the FTC, and the Department of Treasury, including FinCEN and OFAC. Matt is a regular speaker and author on current issues impacting the financial services industry, such as cybersecurity and third-party risk management. He has deep experience in implementing corporate compliance programs and teaches classes at Nacha’s Payments Institute. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, by ACAMS.
