Re-use of industrial waste water

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serpil EDEBALI was born in Konya, Turkey, in 1977. She received her B.S. degree in Food Engineering Department of METU in Ankara. MSc and PhD degrees were received in Chemical Engineering Department of Selcuk University in Konya in 2004 and 2010, respectively.
From 2002 to 2013, she was a Research Assistant in Chemical Engineering Department of Selcuk University. Since 2013, she was Assistant Professor and now she is working as Associated Professor Doctor in the chemical technologies section of the same department in Konya Teknik University. She gives lectures in the subjects of heat transfer and fluid mechanics. Her research interests include wastewater treatment, removal of heavy metals and dyes, synthesis of nanoparticles and applications, separation processes especially sorption with resins and membrane as well as membrane-adsorption hybrid systems. She studies as a researcher in various COST and FP7, Erasmus+ as well as now as a coordinator of Wast2fresh Project granted by H2020.
