Kelly Renoux, SPHR, SHRM-SCP - Kelly is the Director of Employee Experience at Copper Mountain Resort, a ski resort/adventure sports hub located in the Colorado rocky mountains; she is celebrating her 26th year in the ski industry and at Copper. She oversees all HR, Payroll/Benefits, Employee Housing, and Security for over 1600 employees, including management of 700+ beds of employee housing. Outside of work, Kelly is a local actress/singer and sits on several non-profit boards.
