Lauren is the Director of Human Resources at Baltimore Country Club, where she has dedicated the past 12 years of her career to enhancing Club culture and supporting Staff Member success. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, she has developed a deep understanding of strategic HR management, employee relations, and organizational development. She holds an undergraduate degree from James Madison University and an MBA from Loyola University, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to drive both operational excellence and staff engagement. Outside of her professional life, Lauren and her husband own a local diner, where they enjoy the joys (challenges) of small business ownership! She is also a mother of two, a 13-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter, who keep her busy and on some type of sporting field/court 7 days a week!
