Tracy Maynard is the Director of People and Culture at The Westmoor Club on Nantucket, where she leads talent strategy, recruitment, and employee experience to foster a high-performing and engaged team that delivers outstanding member service. With over 25 years of experience in human resources across diverse industries—including high tech, municipal, non-profit, healthcare, and even lumber—Tracy understands that, regardless of the field, employees thrive with clear communication, strong leadership, a positive workplace culture, recognition, and feedback. Originally from the Albany, NY area, she earned her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University before moving to Boston to pursue her M.B.A. at Northeastern University. She has lived in various Massachusetts towns and is currently living on Cape Cod.
