Dr. Robert “Jeff” Mayo graduated from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994 with honors and earned his DVM from Washington State University. He earned his Diplomate status in the American Board of Veterinarians with certification in Canine and Feline practice in 2007. Dr. Mayo has taught nearly a thousand veterinarians at orthopedic courses throughout the United States and abroad in small animals since 2007, focusing on laser surgery, radiosurgery, orthopedics and soft tissue surgery as well as regenerative medicine and alternative therapies. Dr Mayo and his wife run a very successful ambulatory surgical practice providing orthopedic and soft tissue surgery to over 40 clinics.
