Yusuf Ali MOHAMMED is a Doctor of Philosophy student at Anadolu University, Türkiye. He received his Master of Art Degree in Public Law in 2021 from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University, Türkiye. He also received his Bachelor of Law Degree in 2014 from Dire Dawa University, Ethiopia. He is interested in international law and human rights law. Previously, he served as the legal advisor to the President of Harari People Regional State, Ethiopia.
