Stefano Ferrante attended Algonquin College completing a three-year business administration concentrating in Finance, while earning a CFP designation. Stefano began investing in rental properties in 2002 while operating a successful construction contracting business. Since 2002 Stefano has become an expert in the rental and property management business with over to 150 doors under ownership. Stefano also has a vast amount of knowledge and experiences in the land development and project management side of the real estate business. He now spends his days scouring Ontario’s grass roots communities for hidden gems and land development opportunities. Stefano is responsible for the financing, acquisition and construction management function of Multirez Capital.
Through his construction, business development and planning experiences the concept for the Aquaworld Resort and Convention Centre was born. This has been his vision for the past three years, a need has been identified in this market place being that there are only 5 resorts of this type in Canada, three in Niagara Falls, one in Quebec and one in Kelowna BC. Our proposed site located at 1898 Merwin Lane will be the next centralized major attraction in Ontario as this location will bridge the gap between Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and upstate New York.
As developers and builders of apartment complexes and custom homes over the last 10 years, our role will be overseeing the Aquaworld Resort and Convention Centre project by meeting with Construction and Project Managers daily. We will also be working closely with the site professionals to address all building, architectural and engineering concerns that may arise. Before and after the project is complete and operational, we will be on site daily to meet with hotel management staff to ensure a smooth and seamless operation of the resort. As the founder of Multirez Capital, Stefano has raised capital and created Partnerships for building high density multi unit apartment complexes with a combined value of over $30 million.
