Cheryl is the Treasury Management Officer for the City of Nashua where she manages the city’s accounts, banking portfolio, trust funds, and bond sales, as well as oversees financial transactions, performance bonds and ordinance violations.
In her prior role as Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Nashua, Cheryl developed policy, collaborated on issues and laws with local, state, and federal delegations, and held roles on local, state, and national boards representing the city.
Before serving the City of Nashua, Cheryl was Vice President for St. Joseph Community Services where she was responsible for daily operations of the Finance, Development, and Program departments.
Cheryl is an NHGFOA Executive Board member and serves on the Legislative and Training Committees. She is a member of the NHMA Executive Board holding the position of Treasurer. She is also a member of the National GFOA Treasury and Investment Management Committee.
Cheryl earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration. She holds a New Hampshire Certificate in Accounting from NHGFOA, and is a 2020 Leadership New Hampshire graduate.
