Mark McBroom is an Application Engineering Manager at MathWorks. His team specializes in model-based design, code generation and verification from MATLAB, Simulink and System Composer models. He has held this position for the majority of his 17 year career at MathWorks. Prior to joining MathWorks, Mark held a variety of positions developing embedded software systems. He was a software development manager at ACSI for six years developing military command and control systems, spent two years as a software engineer at Ford Motor Company developing powertrain control software and was a technical specialist for 12 years at Visteon developing HVAC and instrument control software. Mark holds a BSME and MSME from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
